When will my letter arrive?
Letters are sent out on the 20th of each month. Delivery takes about 3 - 10 days depending on where you are in the world.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you would like to cancel your subscription you just have to send an email to elise@palm.st with your name and address.
Can I sign up for the letters even if I am not in a relationship?
Yes! You can do many of the dates work just as well with friends or even as a solo date. Just keep in mind that all the content in the letter will be directed towards couples.
Do you ship to...?
Yes! We do ship pretty much worldwide with a few exceptions. We do not ship to the following countries: Haiti, Argentina, Brazil, Lebanon, North Korea, Yemen, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, and any country in Africa.
